Thank you for your review and I am sorry your experience with the dryer was not satisfactory. The dryer is a common condensate dryer, not a forced air dryer which you may be familiar with, and will take twice as long to dry. The idea of these Ariston machines is to set them before you go out, and when you return the washing and drying is done. Thanks & Regards Neville
