Nice hotel, could do with a touch of modernisation

Like most best westerns the hotel is good, the staff are fantastic and very welcoming, just in need of a little updating. I used the gym which was a suitable size for the amount of people who use it (not huge, but not very busy). I didn't use the pool so couldn't comment but the leisure staff were also very friendly and helpful.

First class exlperienc

Everything about the hotel ranging from the room to the food was excellent. Both my wife and I would rate it as five star. Take care when finding the address by Sat Nav The post code seems to describe a large area and the hotel is tucked away at the back of the area.Perhaps under the circumstances the hotel should consider a local directional map on any correspondence they send out.

Dunfermline

Hotel looked lovely although was a bit out of the way. Room ok but bathroom looked a bit tired and needing replacement, shower only had one temperature, boiling hot, so unable to use it. Staff were lovely, definately an asset to the hotel.
