Reception staff were lovely but can’t say the same for the 2 barmen I encountered! Not a please or a thank you both times. The bar food was very average and for the price it was very disappointing 2/5 for the food!

Beautiful house and gardens. Leisure centre also good. Breakfast but as good as other Hilton hotels we have stayed in. Items on buffet were dried out and had to ask staff to replenish.

Should have had a safe and minibar in the room. ebookers description of the hotel's location is incorrect. The hotel is nowhwere near the golf club.

A very nice hotel to stay in ,Great for a centre point to see the countryside and for the outdoor activities ,lots of things to do ,only down side was the prices you had to pay for drinks on the up side of normal

Revenovation work in progres

Bath and shower run cold breakfast starts 7am at 8 a m told need to wait 5minfor a fryed egg bread not put out still inwraper behind counter

Stunning location

Pros: I just loved everything about it, the location was perfect. Shame the hotel was in the middle of the refurb, but these things have to be done!!
Location: Location is breathtaking
Came to stay here with my daughter & grandchildren for , sadly, just one night ,we were going to see The Enchanted Forrest in Pitlochry. We all loved this beautiful place. Hotel is being refurbished so we didn't see it in its full glory, but the bedroom , which was a family room, was just perfect. When you're here, you really wouldn't want to stay inside, the location of this hotel is simply breathtaking . The steps outside lead you down to the River Tay. Everyone I spoke to at hotel, had been coming for years, as its so lovely. Before we left we had a delicious breakfast, everything was on offer, cooked breakfast, cereal fruit & pastries. Everything you could ask for. Just lovely! I can't wait to return to see the magnificent staircase and fireplace, I've been told about by other regular guests, it was in the middle of its refurb and this area was partitioned off, but I will certainly be back, please God, for a longer stay !!

Beautiful setting beside the salmon filled river

Lovely highland themed hotel on the salmon filled river. The hotel is traditional in decor. Staff are extremely friendly and super helpful
