One of bed wasn't ready in our arrival ( we arrived around 18:00 ). We asked for the bedding from reception ,and we had to do the bedding by our self . Sofa bed mattress was terrible ,it was sink to the middle and very uncomfortable.

A good clean room, comfy bed and great shower. Staff polite and very helpful. Will be staying again at some point soon as not too far from other amenities.

great hotel

Pros: everything
Location: harry potter studio tour (25 minutes drive) legoland (55 minutes drive) zoo ( 7 minutes drive)
i am very satisfied with everything. those who complian are the people that are not satisfied with anything and always complian about everything.

Lovely over night stay.

Very nice clean room. Hotel staff was lovely. It was very quiet even though planes was flying over, the hotel Is situated next to a road and there was building works happening right outside. The complimentary breakfast was lovely and a great way to start the day. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone.
