The hotel is conveniently situated in the town centre and has a decent sized car park. The staff are very friendly and the service is good. The room was a good size but the lighting is poor and a tap in the sink was practically falling off. Not enough drawers and no bedside cabinet by one of the beds. The breakfast is good but the menu for evening meals was very uninspiring.

Nice friendly Hotel

Pros: How friendly and helpful staff were. Clean and warm room
Cons: The car park
Location: We stayed because we had Christmas Party at the racecourse. Had a look round Beverley next day. Lovely town. Will come back in Summer when warmer!!
Lovely hotel. Friendly and helpful Staff. Fantastic breakfast. Best I have had in a long time when staying in a hotel/b&b.Would stay here again 🙂

dated, no shower, no heating

great staff but room had no heating, no hot water, really tired and dated rooms.

Over night in a lovely market town

What a very nice experience it was to stay at the lairgate for Saturday night having had a great day In the town to go back to a nice room which was comfy and clean. The breakfast was very good too along with very pleasant staff made it into a very good visit .We will stay there again

Great hotel in a lovely town.

Very pleasant experience no complaints. Apart from the parking which was difficult but understandable as the hotel is in town.
