The room was on the small side for a double room, the mattress was passed it's sell by date, the staff were very accommodating.

Good location

Pros: The design and Location on the front seaside
Cons: Breakfast service and menu need to be improved
Location: Good location on the seafront just fee step from the pier and a lot of shops restaurants are around. It is 10 minutes walk from the train station
Nice hotel with good location and facilities. Clean and comfortable room and the staff are helpful. Breakfast is ok but with limited options and confused menu and slow service which designed to stop people from enjoying their meal and eat as less as they can

Very good

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had 2 very nice rooms with sea views for a very reasonable price. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were good. The hotel is conveniently situated, near the pier. No onsite parking but you can buy street permits for £1 a day.
