Dear Guest Thank you for booking with us. The extra pillows are in the wardrobe. The pre-authorise deposit takes 5-7 working days to expire. You had left the apartment in a bad condition and was smoking in the room. We have charged 10 pounds only this time as you stayed first time. Our hotel policy has zero tolerance for smoking in the room and there is a fine of £120.
