A delightful hotel and our stay was wonderful. One small warning is that, if you want fried eggs for breakfast, then you need to order them at the table - the buffet has only scrambled eggs.

Beautiful hotel

Only complaint was the milk in the room to make tea and coffee had gone off.

Relaxed and spacious and comfortable

Location: We enjoyed the seafront and a trip to the beachy head cliffs 10 minutes away.
The grand hotel is very comfortable and spacious which allows you to relax as you walk in the door. The staff were extremely helpful polite and friendly. We really enjoyed using the outdoor pool which was heated and very pleasant to swim in despite it being October. The children loved being in the playroom where they were very well looked after by the staff there. The lounge areas are well presented and very spacious and comfortable. The children enjoyed playing monopoly to relax there. The breakfast was amazing and the atmosphere very relaxed. The room was comfortable and spacious. The spas was comfortable with ample towels and robes etc. It did get full quite easily but we were mostly there when it was not so busy.

Lovely seafront hotel with wonderful staff

Location: Beach right across the green from the hotel - 10 minute walk to the pier
Overall a really lovely hotel with great service and excellent breakfast. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Very nice spa with warm indoor and outdoor pools. Room was OK but just seemed to lack something for a 5 star hotel. Overall expensive but worth it for the experience if you are not too bothered about the room.
