Arrived at hotel to be told no baby cots available (although was requested and confirmed by hotel) where we found out they have 108 rooms yet only 2 baby cots and 2 baby highchairs. DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL if you are travelling with young children expecting cots to be provided

The location was brilliant for what we we’re looking for 5 mins Walk from moor Street Train station 5-mins to Christmas market and all the shopping

Property was well situated - 2 mins walk to the Bull Ring and eateries and then approx. 3/4 mins walk in the other direction to the O2 institute for our concert. Property was excellent in all aspects - clean, comfortable, warm and very well equipped. Shower was amazing ! Only slight negative is that there is no parking however we found a car park close by (Green Parking / Oxford Street) for £3 per day. Will definitely be back if in the area again
