Ok Stay
The room was clean and tidy. However, the springs in the bed were broken making it a little uncomfortable. The taps were set too far back on the sink making it hard to get your hands under to wash properly. The breakfast was ok. The service was pretty poor. No one seemed to know what they were doing. We were left for ages before anyone came to take our order, then three people asked if we were ready. We then had to wait a long time for our hot food whilst people who had arrived after us seemed to be receiving theirs. The food was ok. Toast underdone. Nothing seemed to be done with any care or attention. Good location. Walking distance to the city centre. Overall an ok experience.

A welcoming stay
The staff made us very welcome, my 6yr old loved the gorgeous ‘enchanted’ library too. Gorgeous hotel close to everything we needed (castle and Christmas markets).
