Location was good Cleanliness good but room very worn Food, ok great starter but mains weren’t great staff in restaurant were all over the place Bar, bar man was lovely really nice to all people made everyone feel welcome I don’t remember his name he had glasses and a red beard We only stayed one night would I stay again Yes

My room was in a block across the street from the main reception area, this was a bit unusual.

Our luggage was kept in storage as we arrived early but when we got back later at night it couldn't be found. Was told the night porter would look for it and bring it to the room. 30 minutes later still no sign (it was 12 midnight) so went back to reception. When eventually found was left to take to room myself. Bedroom furniture very outdated, wardrobe door off its hinges, creaky floor and bed.
