Great family trip

Very happy with our stay. 2 bed en-suite apt. It's lovely to have all that space for a family of 4. Great price, great location, close to playhouse/cinemas on Leith walk for entertainment & George & Princess St. for hitting the sales. You get extra discount showing your keycard at many restaurants. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Apartments were clean and had everything we needed - esp wifi for the teenagers. Our apt looked over Queen St so had a little street noise which we r not used to (living in the country). But it didn't create too much of a problem. During a 2 night stay I wasn't expecting the apt to be serviced so that was a nice surprise (like hotel service!). Would definitely stay again.

Great apartment in a great location.

Executive 2-bed apartment on 4th floor overlooking garden. A spacious, well laid out apartment with two double bedrooms and separate living room, kitchen and bathroom. Well decorated and clean. Beds and bedding are excellent and the curtains provide almost complete darkness (if you need a daytime nap!). Kitchen includes all the essentials and was stocked with a nice welcome breakfast pack, plus a selection of various teas and coffee. Bathroom is supplied with toiletries and good towels. This rear-facing apartment wa very quiet, even during the day. Just a 5 minute walk from Princes Street, it's very close to both train (Waverley) and bus stations and the nearest tram stop is around 100m from the front door. There are a number of supermarket chain stores within a 10 minute walk, so restocking the fridge is no problem. It's central location makes it a great base for exploring Edinburgh.

Great location

We booked the Penthouse apartment for the Marathon weekend in Edinburgh. It was a fantastic location, close to the train station and close to the start of the race with lots of restaurants nearby. Very pleased with the apartment, it was very spacious, clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The only downside was the noise at night from the street below. As the apartment is centrally located on a busy street there can be some noise if you are sleeping in the front bedroom. However, If we are ever in Edinburgh again we would definitely choose this apartment.

Perfect Break

We have stayed in quite a few hotels but this is best so far. loved the apartment with two teenagers was great to come back and chill in home from home , with space to properly relax unlike the confines of a hotel room. The staff were very helpful and friendly nothing was a problem for them. The location was great five min walk from all the main amenities and yet a nice quiet location

Good base for exploring

Good clean room well thought out with cooking facilities and tidy bathroom.access to garden and park.Quiet despite being on a main road,friendly staff ,nice little bar,supermarket within 5 minutes walk,bus stop right outside,and a good base from which to explore Edinburgh.

Lovely find.

We arrived into a lobby that looked just like it did online to a warm friendly welcome. A proper explanation of everything. The apartment was lovely and clean with an amazing view down queen st. 10 min walk from the royal mile.

Komfortables Apartment im Zentrum von Edinburgh

Pros: Die zentrale Lage, die Sauberkeit, die Grosszügigkeit der Räume, die guten Betten.
Cons: Fenster, die sich öffnen lassen oder ein gute Belüftung/Klimaanlage einrichten. Teppiche entfernen! Sind unappetitlich und unhygienisch.
Location: Das Hotel ist super zentral gelegen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind per Fuss gut zu erreichen. Ebenso die vielen Pubs, Restaurants und Läden.
Die Royal Garden Apartments der Gruppe Fountain Court Apartments liegen sehr zentral in der Neustadt. Zum Bahnhof Waverley sind es zu Fuss nur 7 Minuten, in die Altstadt 10 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, die Betten hervorragend und breit. Zu jedem Schlafzimmer gehört ein eigenes Bad. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet und es gibt auch Tee, Zucker, Milch und Nescafé. Das Leitungswasser kann man trinken. Und das Apartment wird täglich sauber gemacht wie im Hotel. Einzige Nachteile: Die Fenster in den Schlafzimmern lassen sich nicht öffnen. Zum Glück konnte ich via Badezimmer lüften. Und das Apartment hat Teppiche, die z.T. bereits etwas schmuddelig sind. Ausserdem sollte man, wenn möglich, ein Apartment auf der ruhigen Seite Richtung Royal Gardens verlangen. Die Queensstreet ist sehr stark befahren, auch nachts. Mit geschlossenen Fenstern ist es jedoch erstaunlich ruhig.

Sehr nettes Appartment-Hotel - super Lage

Mein Mann und ich haben zwei Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht. Das Personal war äußerst zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet, sodass wir unsere Mahlzeiten problemlos zubereiten konnten. Sehr ruhige Lage, trotz Zentrumsnähe.
