Charming place that I would refer to as a guest house vs a hotel as there is no reception. You need to let the host know when you plan to arrive then your room key lets you enter the house. But even with my flight being delayed by 4 hours, there was no issue. Ms Chan was very welcoming, the room was spacious and clean, breakfast delicious, hotel right next to haymarket and all the transports. I strongly recommend.

Good value for money

Nicely situated (close to tram and bus stops) small hotel on a peaceful road in Haymarket area. Single room small but OK for solo traveller. Bathroom quite recently renovated. No traditional reception, you have to ring the doorbell to get in the first time. Excellent breakfast included in a very reasonable room price.
