Dear Ruth Thank you for your review following your recent stay at The City Hotel I am pleased to read that you found the central location of the property convenient. However, I am concerned to read that you left feeling underwhelmed with certain aspects of your stay specially the cleanness in the bathroom. As hotel we do provide high level of cleanness as you can see from the most of the review, i am sorry to hear that we felt sort during your stay.We provide hairdryer in each every room in the hotel. It is placed in the top drawer of the working table underneath the TV I am very glad to read pleased to read your great comments on our friendly team, the breakfast you had in the morning I surely pass your kind comments to all the staff members for the excellent customer service you received during your stay. As with every business things can go wrong and it is only feedback good or bad that we can progress the business and give the highest level of service possible.
