Good location for restaurants annd pubs. Close to train station and tram stops. Room looking tired and needed refurbished, but overall a nice city centre hotel.

Hotel is in a good location for exploring Edinburgh and the local area being situated close to Haymarket. Bed was not the comfiest and we had issues with leaking pipes or bath which resulted in areas of the carpet in the room being saturated with water. Issue was resolved but tainted our stay. On the whole a decent hotel, staff very friendly but maybe not worth the room price.

Be aware if you are unable to get a parking place at the hotel the alternative is quite a walk away
