Location wise, it's ideal. Right around the corner from the airport bus service. Close to all the main attractions as well. Very competent and accommodating staff. Nice rooms, comfortable bed, good shower- plenty of hot water. AC unit wouldn't produce heat so a heater was provided for the room when reception were advised. Decent breakfast.

This is always my choice of hotel when I visit Edinburgh. The staff are lovely, friendly and cannot do enough to help. Due to covid I hadn’t visited Edinburgh for almost 2 years and the lovely pleasant man on reception remembered me which really makes you feel valued

The staff were excellent friendly and could not do more to help. The room was small, tired. In need of updating. The location was extremely noisy from outside activity all through the night.
