Es ist sehr zentral, tolle Lage. Jedoch laut, hellhörig, Ausstattung nicht wie beschrieben, kein Service, keine zeitnahe Rückmeldung bei Anliegen, Zimmer stank nach rauch, alles schmuddlig, grauenhafte sofas.

We understand some of the apartments can be noisy at times from neighbouring properties, I would like to confirm that we are taking the appropriate measures to address your concerns and prevent future occurrence. Due to our central and convenient location, there may be some traffic noise at times, however if there is anything we can do to assist, we would have been more than happy to help.We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. Super bien placé pour visiter la ville mais une catastrophe au niveau du bruit la nuit si votre chambre est côté route. Un bar est juste à côté et on se croyait à l'intérieur du bar tellement la musique raisonnait fortement.

We are glad you enjoyed the location of the property, it is ideally located right in the heart of the city - super convenient for travelling around Edinburgh and visiting all the local attractions. I am sorry if you were disrupted by noise from external sources outside the building. Especially during August with the Edinburgh festival going on the city center is very busy and due to extended opening hours and street performances - noise should be expected. Modernes Studio im Zentrum Edinburghs

Wir übernachteten 2 Nächte im The Spires in einem Studio im 3. Stock. Wie waren über die moderne Ausstattung sehr begeistert. Auch die zentrale Lage hat und überzeugt! Da das Studio direkt an der Hanover-Street liegt, hört man den Verkehr ein Bisschen. Auch das Pub neben dem Spires kann am Wochenende etwas lauter sein. Aber das nimmt man bei dieser Lage gerne in Kauf. In der Nähe gibt es auch zahlreiche Frühstücks-Cafés und viele Restaurants. Wir würden wieder hingehen.
