Thank you so much for the lovely review. For most of the year, aircon hasn't really a necessity given the weather at Ella. It's rarely been mentioned by customers as it gets pretty chilly in Ella. However, it's been exceptionally hot these days so I do understand it being a bit hot. We are a work in progress and we do want to add A/C to some of our rooms when time and funds permit. Thanks for staying with us.
