Dear Guest, thank you for reviewing us, and taking so much time to inform us. well, it´s true that there is a steep hill, but without this, we would´t have that phantastic view from the balcony. concerning noise : the hotel is situated close to the centre. in the whole wold it´s the same. In the center it´s louder. I´m sorry that the provided ear plugs didn´t help you. Warm regards, Lakshmi & her team :)
