Presque parfait

Nous avons été très bien accueillies. Par contre très déçues sur l’acces Limité au spa : toute sortie est définitive où il faut rajouter un supplément de 60€ pour y aller en illimité, dommage. Dans notre lit, un tas de poils, nous nous sommes demandé comment c’etait possible.

Personnel de l'hotel IMCOMPETANT

J'ai reservé et PAYER l'hotel barriere sur le site fiable ebookers, arriver a la réception, le receptioniste du nom de Jean Martin me dis quil ne connais pas ce site, qu'il doit etre sur la "liste noir" en grod que je me suis fait arnaqué. Je lui montre la reservation il me dis que je devais payer la chambre car lui n'a pas SU lire que je l'avais deja payer malgres les maintes fois où je lui ai bien dis que c'etais deja payer le receptioniste persister a me dire que je devais payer 149 euros car je n'avais pas payer la chambre. M'insultant a peine de menteuse, j'ai donc du patienter une bonne demi heure a essayer de lui expliquer , il ne m'ecouter meme pas et rester sur ses position en soutenant qu'il ne connais pas ce site, que je me suis fait arnaquer tant pis pour moi si je veux une chambre je dois payer. Quand je lui demande d'appeler un responsable celui-ci refuse de l'appeler me faisais encore patienté. C'est Inadmissible je n'ai donc pas pu profiter du spa le jour de mon arriver car trop d'attente a la reception arriver a 18h45, on ma donner la clé de ma chamvre a 19h40 le spa fermé 1 heure plus tard. Tres deçu du personel de l'hotel, impoli, dialogue de sourd, INCOMPETANT !

Si nous avions su que lors de notre séjour le spa serait fermé pour travaux il est vraisemblable que je n'aurai pas réservé .
