Room was clean neat and tidy, very quiet even though fairly busy, only negative was there appeared to be an AC unit right outside our room which kept us awake for a large portion of the night, rectified by placing tissue paper in my ears to enable sleep.

Second visit to this hotel, and again it was very comfortable with excellent staff, they remembered us from last year. At the bar we were served by Purley who gave excellent service and entertained us with banter and stories, she was also knowledgeable on the drinks. We will be back next year.

A nice hotel in a lovely setting.

Right in the middle of the race course it's a lovely setting, the hotels modern, the breakfast was good and price very reasonable.

Lovely location

A very quiet & perfect location, Everything as expected from staff & facilities. Lovely view to the Downs. Only problem were some guests coming home from functions elsewhere late in the night & having loud converstions at the entrance.
