Besonders gut gefallen hat uns das Zimmer, das top ausgestattet war/ist. Das Frühstücksbuffet war mehr als reichhaltig, alles war frisch zubereitet und sehr ansprechend angeboten!

Zentrale Lage und hoher Standard

Pros: Freundliches Personal (Begrüssung, Hausdienst, Bedienung im Restaurant)
Cons: Klimaanlage eher schwierig: Zu kalt, zu warm, zu trocken.
Location: Die Messe ist mit der U11 sehr einfach erreichbar. Das Restaurant Pfefferkorn ist sehr zu empfehlen.
Wenige Minuten zum Bahnhof, Messe und zum Stadtzentrum. Moderne Einrichtung, grosszügiges und abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbuffet und ausgesprochen freundliches Personal. Sehr empfohlen.

Auf den ersten Blick ganz ok

Pros: Nähe zum Bahnhof
Cons: Service, Kundenorientierung, Freundlichkeit
Location: Siehe oben
Eindruck von aussen ok. Liegt in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs ist aber nur zu Fuss oder mit dem Taxi zu erreichen. Liegt an einer vielbefahrenen Kreuzung und unmittelbar neben den Geleisen, der Rest der Umgebung ist Brachland. Das Hotel scheint neu zu sein und ist sauber. Zimmer Einrichtung ist ok, allerdings fehlt ein Kühlschrank/Minibar. Frühstückbuffet ist ok, die Teller und den lauwarmen Kaffee mussten wir uns selber von den anderen Tischen besorgen. Zum Früstück bitte warm anziehen, die Lüftung sorgt für ungemütliche Stimmung. Vor dem Besuch der Hotelbar kann nur gewarnt weden: unfreundliche und inkompetente Bedienung und schmuddelig dafür extrem lange Wartezeit, bis man bedient wird. Werde ich bestimmt nicht mehr buchen.
