-ve Wrong breakfast times given on check in, no Wi-fi in bedroom, paint peeling on bathroom ceiling, window had to be propped open, sofa on the same wall as the tv. +ve Decent hairdryer, tea and coffee, tv channels etc. Nice breakfast. Convenient location and free parking for guests.

Nice hotel. Excellent breakfast

Pros: Ease of booking.
Cons: Some rooms were too warm.
Location: Shopping in town and nearby Freeport.
Booked 6 rooms for our family after a nearby wedding. Excellent place to stay spacious rooms and lovely breakfast, very friendly staff.

Hotel in a central position close to shops

Staff friendly but inept. Room keys missing on our arrival. room warm , and although we were on a busy road we were not disturbed by traffic noise. items on breakfast menu not available. The management need to invest in a decent dishwasher as most cups were stained,and they appeared not to have enough breakfast bowls as we had to wait for them to come out of dishwasher.
