Eiskaltes Hotel mitten in der Stadt

Pros: NICHTS Oder doch: dass ich es nicht genutzt und dadurch meine Gesundheit geschützt habe.
Cons: Das Hotel nicht mehr promoten - oder an den og. Mängeln etwas ändern zu lassen. Veranlassen Sie beim Hotel, dass mir keine Kosten in Rechnung gestellt
Ich mag kleine intime Hotels mit nationalem Kolorit. Genau das versprachen mir der Text und die Bilder, die von ebookers ins Internet gestellt wurden. Leider war das ein Flopp. Als ich am Anreisetag gegen 18 Uhr im Hotel eintraf, empfing mich eine lausige Kälte und eine mürrische ältere Dame mit dem ersten Hinweis, dass es das vertraglich zugesagte Wifi nicht gäbe. Erst dann wollte sie wissen, wer ich wäre. Das angebotene Zimmer war nicht beheizt und hatte eine Temperatur von 10 bis 12 Grad. Entsprechend kalt waren auch die Betten. Die vorhandene el. Heizung und die dünnen Bettdecken hätten keine Chance, daran bis zum Schlafengehen etwas deutlich zu ändern. Ein von mir gefordertes anderes Zimmer war im selben Zustand. Als ich deutlich machte, dass ich unter diesen Umständen aus Angst um einen schwere Erkältung von meinem Vertrag zurück treten würde, wurde mir relativ entspannt ein benachbartes Hotel empfohlen. Wegen fehlendem Wifi konnte ich bei ebookers keine Ersatz-/Änderungsbuchung vornehmen. Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass das Hotel es darauf angelegt hat, zu so früher Jahreszeit noch keine Gäste zu haben, da ihm lt. Vertrag 100 % Ersatzahlung gesichert sind, sogar für das nicht in Anspruch genommene Frühstück.
