Thank you for your feedback, the hot water situation was out of our control unfortunately, the receptionists was correct on informing you of the situation & that engineers were on route, the receptionists handled the situation very professionally and I am sorry you decided to not to stay with us, However we do hope one day you return and have a great stay at Exmouth Beach Hotel.
