The staff go above and beyond to make your stay a pleasant and comfortable one. Will stay here again, but it would be a lot better if there was some flexibility & choice about where I could sit at breakfast.

Absolutely amazing afternoon and tea out on the terrace on a beautiful day. The lady serving us was so welcoming and attentive, it made out stay very special. But all the staff we met were fabulous as well. Inland room was as expected, very tasteful and comfortable. Breakfast ok - buffet not as extensive as expected, smoked salmon & scrambled eggs is usually standard in top class hotels these days but is at a supplement here.

Fantastic Location

Pros: Location and quality of food
Cons: Staff service could be much better. In addition all rooms should come with a drink cabinet.
Location: Excellent location close to Falmouth and Truro.
Wonderful hotel on a great location. Food is excellent in the hotel. Services when compared to other international venue could be better. Otherwise very happy with the location.
