Much better than expected

Pros: Staff
Cons: food options
Location: It's a service station
Used as a cheap and convenient stopover, but the room was nice and the staff couldn't have been friendlier. Would be good if they could do their own breakfast though as taking a voucher to a service station and getting a breakfast with some items missing was not so good

Mix up

On arrival the Room that I booked was for 4 adults. I booked for 1 adult, 3 children. This was ammended again by a colleague on Friday 8th before midday as when I had done the orignal booking it should of been for the above 1 adult,3 children. The lady I had spoken to on the friday told me that this would be changed for my arrival. It wasn't. When we finally checked into the room the sofa bed was broken. We passed this onto the lady at the reception desk. We then had to wait a further 15-20 mins for another room to be made available. I originally had booked for 2 nights but had to change plans on the Friday 8th for 1 night. I also was told that I would be refunded a payment of £30 as I changed plans before 12pm on the Friday. I was disappointed with the service as I had young children with me who were very tired. Yours faithfully Mr A Edmonds
