Small but quirky hotel. Lovely little pool (pretty quiet in June, was only a couple of other people in it), good breakfast, attached restaurant nice and convenient for dinner and you can sit outside in the courtyard garden.

Nice hotel in a very quiet area of the city.

Our stay in this hotel was very enjoyable! The hotel is very central and yet in a very quiet area of the city, with a backyard, a refreshing pool and a rooftop bar! it's 5 Mins walk to the train station and 10mins to the main attractions.what else to wish for?;-) I will definitely stay there again next time I'm in Florence!

Excellent value for exceptional service.

Lovely hotel very close to all the cultural tourist attractions. I'm well travelled and the staff are the kindest and most helpful I have ever come across. The swimming pool a lovely place to cool down and relax after a morning site seeing is a special addition. I cannot wait to visit beautiful Florence and will defienitly stay at this lovely hotel again

Interesting...

You have to embrace the history of the hotel and understand its former use as a convent ran by a charity to fully understand its décor and lack of luxury! The staff are really nice and very helpful and the location is excellent. However, if you want a power shower and modern surroundings forget it as this is not what this hotel is about. However, if you want to step back in time to a very interesting building with great staff give it a try.

Emplacement idéal, piscine dans la cour super pour soulager les jambes après une journée de visite dans les musées. Vue panoramique sur Florence au rooftop. Magique le soir. Mauvais point a au comportement indélicat d’une serveuse du rooftrop (attitude discriminatoire). La direction a réagit en présentant des excuses en offrant un drink le lendemain au même bar.

Très bon accueil et très bon service. Le style est un peu vieillot mais reste chaleureux. Cour intérieure avec piscine , ce qui est très agréable après une journée de visite. L eau est fraîche mais cela limite le nombre de baigneurs. Idéalement placé pour les restaurants et les visites de la vieille ville à 2 pas.

Die zentrale Lage ist hervorzuheben. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und immer kurzfristig verfügbar. Weniger überzeugt hat das Badezimmer mit älteren WC, Badewanne und kleinere Defekte am Lavabo. Negativ ist die Ringhörigkeit der Zimmer. Die Metalltreppe im Zimmer und Nachbarzimmer überträgt jeden Schall und die Schritte der Nachbarn sind hörbar.
