Impressive entrance and lobby. Friendly multi lingual check in staff. Quick check in. Luggage storage. Large room, big bathroom with powerful rainfall shower. Fridge in the room. Comfortable bed. Very close to the train station, but you won't hear the trains (you might hear the trams out front alright). Within walking distance of the main sights. Would recommend.

Concert in Florence

Hotel was well located a short walk from station. Quiet area. Nice room, bathroom well fitted nice shampoos and shower gels. Good seating area outside room which we used as we did not have a balcony. Would stay there again

Weekend Away

Booked this hotel for a weekend away in Florence. Hotel was close to station and a ten minute walk into town centre. We booked a junior suite, but was put into what I can only describe as a closet! Avoid room 404 as it had no windows only skylights! On the whole as we were only there for two nights and out most of the time we coped ok and the rest of the hotel was ok but hardly 4 star as listed.

Das Hotel ist gut erreichbar, sowohl zu Fuss wie auch mit dem Auto. Das Zentrum kann man auch gut zu Fuss erreichen. Wir bekamen keinen Parkplatz, aber wir konnten das Auto abgeben , so dass es ausserhalb parkiert wurde.( so wie in der USA Valet Parkring). Das war Okay. Aber wir vergasen einige Sachen herauszunehmen und das war dann etwas mühsam. Das Zimmer erfüllt den 4 Stern Standard. Es hat ein Tresor der nach dem ersten Öffnen Schliessen schlapp machte; wahrscheinlich die Batterie leer. Der TV hat eine Grösse wie ein kleiner PC Monitor. man kann über 100 Sender Wählen, alles Italienisch ausser einen französischen. Die Qualität des Blickwinkels des Monitors führt dazu , dass man im Bett stehen muss, um ein optimales Bild zu sehen. Das WIfi war für uns nicht stabil genug. Manchmal konnten wir keine Verbindung aufbauen. Nach Analyse mit meinem Smartphone TCP Tool, sah ich dass verschiedenen Netzen auf den gleichen Kanälen senden was gelegentlich zu Interferenzen führt. Auf der Terrasse waren die Aschenbecher gefüllt mit Zigarettenkippe. Im Badezimmer funktioniert die Spüle für die kleinere Wassermenge nicht. Die Dusche hat unten an den Aluprofilen weisse Ablagerungen die man einmal richtig reinigen könnte.Das Morgenessen Buffet verfügt über eine grosse Auswahl, so das jedermann zufrieden sein kann. Der Kellner bringt auf Verlangen sofort Cappuccino oder Express. Mir fehlte etwas die Brotauswahl mit einem Brötchen weiss oder weiss mit Körnchen.

Hotel sehr zentral.

Ein charmantes Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal. Die Zimmer gross und sehr sauber, sehr hohe Decken. Schöne Einrichtung. Einzig die Matratze und die Kissen waren mir zu hart!

Schönes Wochenende in Florenz.

Die Lage des Hotels ist für Städtereisen ideal. Ein kurzer Spaziergang - dann ist man schon im Zentrum. Unser Zimmer war im Innenhof und daher sehr ruhig. Eine Renovierung des Badezimmers wäre optimal. Trotz dieses kleinen Makels kann ich das Hotel weiterempfehlen..

Keine Wünsche offen

Wir wohnten zu viert während fünf Nächten im Hotel. Untertags hauptsächlich in der Stadt, genossen wir jeweils eine kurze Pause vor dem Abendausgang in den Zimmern und auf der grosszügigen Terrasse. Jeden Morgen erfreuten wir uns am reichhaltigen Morgenbuffet sowie am aufmerksamen, freundlichen Personal. Der Zimmerservice war von A-Z i.O. Die Lage für uns Zugreisende tiptop.

Sehr gutes Hotel

Das Ein und Aus-checken ging sehr schnell und unproblematisch. Es gab zwei Rezeptionisten die ein bisschen deutsch sprechen konnten. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und ausreichend. Das Hotel selbst ist ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Stadtzentrum entfernt und auch sehr leicht zu finden. Man wurde im Hotel gut beraten wo man am besten Shoppen oder Essen gehen kann. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und das Zimmer war immer sauber. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.
