Dear Guest, We thank you first for your nice review on your stay with us in Florence! We are glad to know that you enjoyed our hotel, especially for our great location close to the train station and all the main sites, for our room with view, good size and well equipped also in the bathroom and for our Staff, very friendly, helpful, professional and with a good command of English. Thanks also for appreciating our panoramic terrace on the 6th floor with its buffet style breakfast in the morning and wine bar in the evening, although we take note of your opinion about the fact that there is no other meals service even if we have our Caffè Astra on ground floor open all day long with drinks and food also for non guests. So we are looking forward for welcoming you soon and in the meantime we remain with best regards from all our staff.
