Big room with huge bed was great. Very comfortable too. Decor a little dated in the room and hotel in general, in need of updating. Spa facilities were small but very nice and enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool areas. Breakfast was included and pretty decent.

This hotel is in an excellent location close to the centre of Valletta and ideal for visiting these extraordinary islands. Overall the staff and service offered is of an excellent standard, with all that one might expect from a five star property. The design and decor is rather dated - “faded glory” as a friend who lives on Malta described it! In need of a good refurbishment would be my own view. The benefit of an older property is that the rooms are very generously sized - we had a deluxe pool area room with balcony. Plenty of space but lots of brown furniture! The buffet breakfast was excellent and allowed a good start to the day. Would we go back? Definitely yes, but hope that the operators of the hotel will spend some money on improving the look.

This was our 3rd stay here and our hotel of choice in Malta. The service can not be faulted and it is impeccably clean and well organised. It has every faciliity you could need and in a great location for access to Valetta. The breakfast buffet has a vast choice and all food here is of highest quality . Would highly recommend .
