Reservierung

Nachdem ich zwei Jahre hintereinander zu einem Kongress gebucht und das 3 Monate vor Beginn des Kogresses war jedes Mal mein Zimmer vergeben, so dass ich im freundlichen Apartmenthotel 2 Minuten entfernt untergbracht wurde. Ich kam beide Male später an, hatte aber imm vor 17 Uhr angerufen, dass ich sicherlich nicht vor 22 Uhr eintreffen würde. Bei zweiten Mal war ich so erbost, dass ich 3 Verzehrgutscheine mir habe auszahlen lassen und das Essen beim Thai gegenüber des Hotel genossen habe. Es kan sich jetzt jeder sein eigens Bild machen.

... saubere, sehr schöne Zimmer, Lage wunderbar am Kurpark. Leider gibt es ein zwei Mitarbeiter, denen ein Lächeln einfach nicht zu entrücken ist. Schade, denn ansonsten, auch mit vielen der Mitarbeitern, ein sehr schönes Hotel.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Liegt direkt an der Kurzone, nicht weit in die Stadtmitte. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Skybar im Hotel und zu den Events auch Bedienpersonal an der Personal um die Kundenwünsche umzusetzen.

Personalmanagement mangelhaft

Wir hatten eine größere Veranstaltung mit ca. 400 Personen und es war einfach viel zu wenig Personal da und wenn war es "nur" überlastet und genervt. Zudem hat es einfach nicht verstanden, wie man durch eigeninitiative zusätzliches Geld verdienen kann. Einzig und alleine die junge Kellnerin am Sonntag Abend nach unserer Veranstaltung war super klasse und aufmerksam. Sehr sehr verbesserungswürdig...
