Room was clean, warm and has what you need

Pros: Warm room. Clean. Quiet location. Two separate beds. Kettle and glasses in the room for tea and coffee.
Cons: Staff are not very friendly and could be a bit more helpful with tips of where to go and what to see in Frankfurt
Location: 15 minutes walk from main train station nearby a circular tower. About 40 to 1 hour walk from the Euro SE sign.
The hotel room was large and had a kettle and fridge to make yourself a cup of tea/coffee. It was clean and really warm - perfect since we were there in winter. Nice balcony which could be used if we were there in summer. The street it's on is really quiet at night. The walk to the main train station takes about 10 to 15 minutes. The neighbourhood at the train station is a bit dodgy but 5 mins walk towards the hotel, it's pretty quiet. Was able to leave my luggage before check in though also had to pay for the room at the same time. Hotel was also quiet at nice. Water and mini-bar contents was also reasonably priced although didn't have any.

Lovely New Years Break

We really enjoyed our city break in Frankfurt. When we arrived first the tall buildings show the business side of Frankfurt but once we found the typical German areas of Frankfurt we quickly felt at home. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, bedroom was very tastefully decorated, compact and spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend a stay.

VERY CLEAN AND FRIENDLY HOTEL

THIS HOTEL IS LOCATED VERY NEAR THE CENTRAL RAILWAY STATION, AND IS CONVINIENT TO GO EVERYWHERE FROM THERE BY BUS, TRAM AND SUBWAY. THE HOTEL IS VERY CLEAN AND THE STAFF IN THE RECEPTION DESK IS FRIENDLY AND READY TO HELP. NEXT TIME I WILL BOOK THIS HOTEL ALSO.

Alles war sehr gut obwohl die Einrichtung nicht neu war, waren die Zimmer sehr gepflegt. Schlüsselsystem ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen ansonsten ein sehr guter Aufenthalt.

Ideal für Bussinesreise und Städtetrip. Zentral

Aufenthalt als Messebesucher. Rundum zufrieden, Ruhige, zentrale Lage zur Stadt, ÖV, Messe gut zu Fuss erreichbar.

Pros: Frühstück ok
Cons: Preis-Leeistung ok
Location: Joggen am Main
Garage sehr eng, wenige Stellplätze Fahrstuhl bis 6. Etage, Zimmer in 7. Etage über Treppenhaus

zentrale und ruhige Lage

Wir wurden von den Angestellten an der Reception sehr persönlich und hilfreich unterstützt. U.a. das Ausdrucken der e-Rückflugstickets. Danke. Negativ der Fakt: bei der Auswahl des Hotels hiess es incl. Frühstück. Bei der Hotelbestätigung (R87WPL) hiess es das nicht mehr. Wir haben das übersehen, weil wir auch keine kleinliche Kontrolle machen wollten. Wir glaubten an das Versprochene. Beim Aus-Checken wurden uns dann ärgerlicherweise die Frühstücke nachbelastet. Dull experience

Dull, old fashioned and unfriendly atmosphere. We were traveling with baby and hotel had indoor elevator which was unclean and smelled awful. Outdoor stair were also problematic with baby pushchairs. Staff didn't say hello at morning, lobby was one little bench behind a Christmas tree and corridors were narrow. Breakfast was not worth of its price.

Super für einen Kurzurlaub!

Wir waren zu Dritt für ein verlängertes Wochenende. Die Lage dazu ist absolut ideal, Nähe des Hauptbahnhofes (und damit des Flugplatzes), zum Zentrum mit dem öV einige Minuten, zum Main ebenfalls nur wenige Gehminuten! Die Zimmer sind insgesamt recht ruhig, einige sogar sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist gut, alles ist vorhanden, was gebraucht wird. Für einen längeren Urlaub ist das Zimmer bzw. die Kleiderschränke eher klein.
