The place never lived up to it's billing. Services were wanting. Furniture was very much lacking(Bed,Coffee table,sinks and lavatories).General hygien of the facilities left alot to be desired. Due to the current global pandemic, you ought to have taken enough measures on Covid-19 by -laws this is critical. Since this is a revel facilities ,you ought to have ensure assistance for Fereigners in terms of communication either written or oral translation.The place is hospitable nor inhabitable due to constant noise pollution. You cannot sleep at night neither can you enjoy a peaceful day's rest. Your management of course reserved the right of admission. Aged controll becomes very potent aspect of admission. I was very dissapointed!

First of all, we would like to remind you that we are a so-called economy Hotel, we do not have any stars, so our services may seem less to you. Regarding hygiene, please note that we underwent our checks last month, and regarding the covid, our certification has been validated and renewed, moreover the certificate is displayed at the entrance of the establishment. 2 instead daily disinfection of all contact points. On the other hand we agree on the fact, that you should not be impacted by the nuisances of other customers. We are sorry about that. No one was available in receptions When morning shift start at 6:00 they was bad attitude, he is asking extra 15€ What for??? check in policies: check in time 6:30 am Check out 11:30am

Dear Customer, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your opinion, we inform you that our hotel is open from 6:30 to 11am in the morning and from 17h to 21h in the evening why you have not found any employees on your departure to 6h. Our rooms are available from 13:30 as you can stay until 11:30 / 12h, the time for our teams to do the cleaning. The supplement for the early check in is requested to make you benefit from a room of your arrival (before 13:30), to be able to install you earlier. Hoping that our repônse is up to your expectations

Hôtel pratique et calme. Personne à la réception aimable pour des renseignements sur la proximité de restaurant. Dispositif permettant de s'enregistrer l'après-midi hors des heures d'ouverture de la réception.

Hôtel peu cher mais correct et très pratique pour visiter Genève qui est juste à côté.
