It is always lovely to read that our Team provided our Guests with a Super Friendly service and that you enjoyed your dining experience and our live enterainment in the bar. I am sorry that you found the room stuffy, we could have provided your room with a fan, had we known. We do not have iron or iron boards in all of our rooms, however, they are available on request, which is mentioned in our in room Guest Information. Dear Guest, Thank you for your 4/5 rating. I am very happy that you enjoyed many aspects of your stay. I am sorry that you found the room too far away and humid. We would have tried to allocated you a room near reception if you had let us know and we will gladly provide a fan to the room on requests, as like many Irish hotels, usually there is no need for air -conditioning with our climate. There is also a maintenance team in the Hotel, who would have gladly addressed the issue with your fan during your visit. Dear Wendi, Thank you for your feedback, we are always grateful to hear from our Guests regarding their experience. I am sorry that your children's experience at the Kids Club was as you describe. Their experience would certainly be the exception and not the rule as the Friendly Fellows Team consistently receive the highest praise from our Guests, especially from our younger guests. The children movie does not start until 8.30pm, and prior to that there are a number 30 to 45 minutes activities for the children to enjoy, including free play time where the children can play what they like. As when attending the regular cinema, in order to every child to enjoy the movie experience on the big screen, children are asked very nicely to keep the talking to a minimum. There are family packages available that have entry to the Kids Club included. Again I am sorry that you found the bed in your room too hard. Our Hotel would be considered one of the most competitively priced within all the city. Thank you for staying with us and we hope that you and your family will visit consider stay with us again.
