I Liked this hotel otherwise, but I did not like how the free Wi-Fi was arranged. I don't like the fact that I had to accept meny things about it ans that it wan'ts to know about my social media usage. It is GDPR time and I really would appriciate privacy.

Excellent service at hotel reception. Breakfast was delicious. Room was too hot and Air-con was turned off for the year. Spa reception service attitude and arrangements poor. Eg unisex changing room was creating issues when not enough space for privacy. Rude way to end the evening 15mins prior closing time. Someone just opened sauna-door without explaining what happens.

Newish hotel -not everything in good working order

Great breakfast with fair food section - shame no toaster though but suppose this wasn’t really missed. Overall the hotel looks really nice but some things just were not great like no fridge in the room, no safe for passports etc. They did supply water but this was fizzy which isn’t to everyone’s taste. But to be fair they gave still water bottle on our last night without charge - this was preferable as we had young kids with us. Shame there is so much construction work going on (not hotels fault) but it did make it feel quite polluted. If I was to recommend Gdansk to friends with family I would suggest they stay somewhere more central. Our group were great at walking everywhere - even 2 year old! But at end of long day it is nice to be central. I probably should’ve looked into this more (again not hotel fault). I didn’t use the pool facilities despite this being one of the reasons I booked the hotel! It was quite expensive for what you got and there is definitely room for improvement do not beat value for money!

Nice hotel with friendly staff

The hotel is very good and convenient, though the surroundings are not that nice. There are lots of empty buildings and construction works around. Its is located close to the old centrum and you can easily walk there. Staff is really friendly and the breakfast was great.

Great hotel and so close to main town

Pros: Beds very comfortable., everything very clean and modern.
Cons: Whole pieces of friut at breakfast, bananas , tables at breakfast not cleared and cleaned , one girl was rushing about other boy wasn't in any hurry.
Location: Location on the up but a lot of old derelict buildings being used as drinking dens , will put people off but did not bother us ,5 min walk to town.
Smooth check in , clean and modern room , breakfast area busy and some tables not cleared and cleaned quick enough , one girl running about doing her best others not as much , the price of a bottle wine cost more than our dinner which was a bit shocking , however dinner was lovely . We were able to print our return boarding cards out from the computers they have in the reception area , the printer's are behind reception and the girl was kind to print them for us. Only downside is the area the hotel is in , it's in an up and coming area which has a few derelict building's and lots of construction , this may bother some people but not us, the area and in fact and lot of Gdansk is under construction and we plan in coming back in a few years to see ever thing finished. Over all we enjoyed our holiday which was to celebrate our anniversary in Gdansk, the history and the buildings are amazing.
