Dear Guest, thank you for sharing your experiences with us and other Guests. We always send a self check-in instruction in case of late arrival to let our Guests check-in 24 hours. The instruction includes pictures and detailed informations to provide best possible description of how to get to the apartment. However we understand that sometimes it can be a bit difficult especially if you're in a new place for the first time, that's why we are available on the phone in case of any questions. Anyway, I'm glad that you've enjoyed your stay and like the apartment and the location.
