The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The nice receptionist even stepped out on the street to show me where the tram left for the UN. There was a very nice vibe among the hotel staff. The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station and shopping area. I will definitely stay at this Hotel again next time. Price/ value is great! Thank you!

Sehr gute Lage, zwischen dem Bahnhof und der Rhone. Bis zum See sind das nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss. Der einzige Nachteil ist die stark befahrene Strasse vor dem Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
