Primitive Breakfast

Pros: Location and decor and rooms were impeccable
Cons: Don't sting guests at breakfast
Location: So central, with trams 100 metres distance an d fabulous 2.30 hour boat trip with quality lunch.
Fabulous hotel excellent location BUT some issues Telephoned Hotel four days prior to arrival requesting all three rooms ideally on same floor BUT two must have showers as tho guests aged 86 and 92 years old On arrival all rooms on first floor BUT all with baths, this is where staff said after juggling rooms offered just one with shower, the next morning a female receptionist challenged me ( I guess it was her I spoke to before arriving) saying it was important to have rooms on same floor, and I reminded her yes BUT showers were the priority, so on returning from a trip, they informed me they had located three rooms on one floor all with Showers. So it was a little frosty thereafter from some staff. Breakfast was ok for guests who were on a strict diet, then a tiny box of cornflakes similar in size to variety packs were charged at SF8 (£6.50) ouch
