Food was very good but room very disappointing,clean but very damp and a massive hole in the net curtain. Reception area was scruffy and receptionist apppeared to be helping in the dining room did not create a professional impression

I’ve stayed at a Moxy previously for a business trip and it was great. This one at Heathrow was even better. Great atmosphere and superb price. We’re considering going back for trips where we’d usually stay in central London if it remains at this sort of price. Most staff were exceptional.
