Good location and price, staffs are helpful. Kitchen cleaning can be better. Also, Should provide kettle in room as people need hot water for tea or coffee during the day.

Excellent stay!

We stayed next in a private double room. The room had everything you need and the bed was very comfortable! Having your own private bathroom with shower was also great. Very central location - everything is within walking distance including Central Train Station which is 2 minutes from the hotel. For the cheap price you do at expect much but we were very pleasantly surprised! Would definitely stay here again.

My sister and I have stayed here for the second year now for an event, and both times havent ever had a complaint. Staff were always happy to help us, room was very clean and spacious. It does get noisy at night when people come to their room but, its a hostel, what can you expect? All in all its great!

Top floor sucks.

Hot water barely pumped up to top floor and it comes in drops. The room was cold and there's no heater. However, it is good value of money.

Great location!

Pros: Location,easy book in and out. Good bar,good food, good breakfast.
Cons: The rooms need a good deep clean. They were clean but for £50 a night I played they could be a bit fresher.No fault of the cleaners.
Location: Great location. Good pubs,shops,everything you would want nearby.
Hustle was right in the city so not far to walk for anything. Staff were great, smiling and very mannerly and helpful.

Night stay after a concert

When I booked there were no double rooms left so I paid for a triple room , bunk and twin beds , when I arrived I only had a bunk bed which wasn't practical as I had my young daughter with me and wanted her beside me . I asked at reception and they said the don't have triple rooms and all the ones with double beds were booked , so the two of us squeezed into the bottom bunk , not the best sleep ! Apart from this the location is great and rooms are spotless , stayed a few times here , this was the first time I had an issue .

very good price for good location

I was in this hostel for one night with three friends. Very good for the price. good location (inside the city centre) we had to pay 2 pounds for each towels. good breakfast.
