Large room but parking was a nightmare. In the 10 minutes checking in while a family member stayed in the car, our licence plate was rang into the front desk. Parking itself (once approved) was £7 as a guest and they forgot to give us the code to get back out/use pedestrian gate. Was a large oversight on their part that could have been remedied easily.

Choose this hotel as it was in a good location. I felt that we were vastly overcharged for what we received. the cost of a superior twin was £279.00 without breakfast. I believe the prices had been inflated due to an event at Hampden that weekend. The air conditioning also didn't work and we were unable to open the window. The hotel in it's self was nice but still think it was overpriced.

The facilities were good, however, we booked an executive room, and were unable to sleep at all during our first night, due to staff (as we found out after complaining) in the bar, leaving pumps/machines on, that were both extremely noisy and vibrated throughout our room. We were advised by their maintenance team that the pumps should be turned off at 6pm nightly!

Nice swimming pool and not too cold. Room was very spacious but very dark only one small window away in the corner. Bed was comfortable and warm. Housekeeping were lovely and gave us more milk when we asked for some. Good location. Staying again next month.

Most of the personal was unfriendly, unwilling to take questions, not informing about the services or schedules. Some where nice at the breakfast time. The hotel looked deteriorated, especially the pool facilities
