First time for my wife and daughter visiting the Hilton, Glasgow and they weren’t disappointed. Everything was just as we expected and the breakfast excellent.

Have stayed in Hilton hotels on numerous occasions due to high standards of rooms and dining. Unfortunately, I was disappointed during my recent stay in the Glasgow Hilton, the cleanliness of the bathroom left a lot to be desired. When I raised my concerns with reception, I was advised that the hotel had been at maximum capacity the previous day and housekeeping was trying to catch up!

the foyer was stunning and very clean, staff very pleasant and helpful. the rooms was great, loved the view over the city but the bed was a little hard. the location was perfect for what we had planned in Glasgow. overall a great stay and we would happily go back

Close to city centre,and good transport links

Apart from not having the room I booked,the staff sorted it reasonably well,and had to give us a bigger room

Customer service

Pros: Everything apart from above.
Cons: Housekeeping and customer service by the look of things.
Hotel was lovely but let down by poor customer service. T.V in room did not work which was no great issue and 1 bathroom towel was dirty. Again, there was plenty of towels so no major problem. On mentioning these small problems at checkout the response was "There are no extras on your bill, thank you". A simple acknowledgement would have been fine.
