Excellent staff and service. Close to all amenities. Able to leave bags at reception till our room was ready and after check out so we could go shopping. Great value breakfast.

The train line near by the hotel very noise, the bathroom was dirty and the bed very uncomfortable. The corridor was so smelly and all night was so noisy.

I did receive a voucher for a bottle of wine as an ebookers platinum member, but the room allocated was one of their poorest, located over looking the entrance to the busiest railway station in Scotland. got no sleep at all.

It was disappointing for a Jury’s Inn. The rooms are in need of a refurb as they are tired and dated. The double bed is one of the smallest hotel doubles I have ever stayed in. I’m 6ft and was hanging out the end! Very narrow for 2 people. The bathrooms were also dated and just in need of refurbishment. I stayed with a friend and their room was the same. The rest of the hotel seemed fairly modern and it was all very clean. We used the bar and had breakfast, both of which were lovely. It’s a shame that the rooms let the property down. I also feel that it’s very overpriced for what you get. Considering there’s a lot of choice in the area, especially new hotels at a lot lower price, I wouldn’t stay here again.
