Very central, nice room and easy check in process. 5th floor corridors smelled, rather unpleasantly, of food over the 3 days we were there. False fire alarm at 8.30 on second day, no update on what caused this.

Thank you for your review. We're delighted that you enjoyed the apartment and that you found our check in/out process quick and easy. Sadly minimal is the best way just now. In terms of the corridor smell, we have spoken with the restaurants below. This is where the small has come from. The false fire alarm was caused by a fellow guest cooking without the extraction. Unfortunately fire alarms happens and i'm sorry that this inconvenienced you.

Hotel is very central and clean. Room was a good size with a kitchen also. Asked to check out 1hr late and was told it would cost £50. I’m sure there are similar hotels which are central but at a lower cost. I’ll be trying them next time.

Hello there Thank you for your review. As we are not a standard hotel with bedrooms, rather whole apartments, we require longer to turn these around. Check out is the standard 11am and we do need to charge for late check out as it takes 2/3 times as long to clean an apartment vs a standard hotel bedroom, especially on very busy days.

A lovely room with all the benefits of your own kitchen. Very well located for everything in the city centre. Extremely comfortable bed and quiet so for a great sleep both nights
