Awful mattress

Pros: The breakfast was very tasty
Location: Location was excellent, and there were plenty of shops and restaurants very close by.
The double bed that we slept in was rock hard, and springs dug into our bodies. Possibly the worst night sleep I've ever had purely because of the mattress. I even considered sleeping on the sofa. The rooms were a little tired looking, but I was pleased with most things otherwise. The bathroom was disappointing as whenever the tap/shower/toilet was used, an extremely loud water pump would sound. This of course meant that if you were to use the toilet in the night, it would wake up any other guests in the room. Also, the breakfast lady was very abrupt and as soon as we'd finished eating, she brought out a bin bag, placed it on the dining room chair adjacent to us and proceeded to scrape our plates into it. I thought that this could have been done elsewhere.
