Great location to shops and restaurants, modern, and clean. Room has colour changing mood lighting. Reason for bad rating? We didn't sleep at all because of the noise, you can hear everything; cars on the road outside, people shouting from the street, people flushing their toilets, people walking in the corridor. Staff couldn't move us to another room, just gave us ear plugs. Fix the sound proofing issues it's terrible...

Breakfast at £8 was to expensive for continental.Bag storage £3 out of order ,staff on duty anyway bags not even going in a room only stored on shelf’s in a cupboard.Check out how z hotel group do things at the same price as you.Other rip off was late check out £25.You are cheap but your extras certainly bump the room price up.Other budget hotel groups give you the frills for no extra cost ,try looking at hub by premier inn ,there rooms come in at the same price as yours they even manage a 24hr coffee/tea station in their lounge for guests.I have priced your new hotel in Edinburgh and you are charging way to much compared to the opposition for what is after all a budget hotel,a free jute box does not make up for all the extras.

lovely staff & comfy bed🤗 Nice clean room & hotel very central. Close to queen street & central srations & the metro.

One night stay to attend a concert, hotel is in great location with everything in walking distance. Hotel is kept clean and rooms are practical. Staff very friendly.
