Nice hotel in a good position .

Pros: Good location and friendly staff .
Cons: There are no tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom , but they have a kind of coffee bar situation downstairs, but of course you have to pay.
Location: Quite a few restaurants and bars and near the botanical gardens so it is on the tour bus route..
Only 10 minute walk to shops and restaurants. The only thing wrong with this hotel is that because it has been converted from a house to a hotel, they have installed ensuites which are great but they have had to use a saniflow sytstem which is quite noisy .

Nice hotel near hyndland

Cooked breakfast is ok. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. If you plan to stay longer than a couple of days I would recommend asking for a room not in the basement as you don't get much light otherwise. Hotel is good quality for money and location.
