This hotel/restaurant is in the midst of new owners taking over. Communication was dreadful they have not set up their email system and phone system resulting in utter chaos! We booked this restaurant with rooms for a family gathering, and ended up with no breakfast (despite being charged for it) going elsewhere for dinner.There is no mention on their website that there was no restaurant service available. Why are they allowing guests to book and pay in advance for a hotel which is not fully functioning. The room was ok but traffic noise was bad, earplugs essential! Bathroom had a bath with shower over, but no shower curtain and no bath tap that worked.There was a cafetiere in the room, but no coffee to go with it. All in all very poor. Would recommend that the hotel closes until the new owners have refurbished and got the kitchen open again.
