Very nice and classy hotel,very clean . Staff was very helpful nice and professional, a special mention for the receptionist Mike brilliant guy, very secure underground parking,the restaurant has a very high standard menu as one would expect from this tipe of establishment, i highly recommend it to everyone.

Woken in the night

Pros: The breakfast
Cons: customer service
Woken in the night by someone shouting outside one of the rooms and banging on a door. No hot water from shower. When I complained about the noise the hotel said it could not have happened because nobody else reported it! Re. the shower, they said maintenance would 'look into it' ... as we were checking out. Charming.

Classic hotel.

Very nice hotel, very efficient staff, useful and quiet pool. Shame there is so much work going on outside....renevation of station is a must I suppose....it will be over soon enough.

Disappointed

Lovely hotel, however my husband is a smoker and has limited mobility and when we had booked this room 2 months ago smoking rooms were available which was why we booked this hotel. We were very disappointed when on arrival to be told that they no longer had smoking rooms. We then asked for a room with a balcony for my husband to smoke from but none were available. As we had specifically requested a smoking room it would have been nice to have been contacted in advance to let us know about the change of policy.

Siisti hotelli rautatieaseman vieressä.

Pros: Huokeaksi hotellihuoneeksi erittäin siisti. Rauhallisella paikalla, eikä melua kantautunut sisälle kadulta.
Cons: Huoneen toista ikkunaa ei saanut avattua ja suihku oli vaikea saada päälle, koska nuppia oli vaikea liikuttaa.
Location: Jos tulet junalla Maastrichtiin, ei laukkuja tosiaankaan tarvitse raahata kauas, koska hotelli on aivan aseman vieressä.
Vaikka en huoneessa paljon aikaa viettänytkään, oli kaupungilla päivän kiertelyn jälkeen mukava saapua huoneeseen ja nukkua hyvin. Sänky oli juuri sopivan pehmeä.

Een pracht plek in het mooie Maastricht. Goede locatie, maar het personeel kan wel wat klantgerichte

Het hotel staat op een mooie plek. Loopafstand naar het centrum onder andere het vrijthof is klein. Het personeel kan wel wat klantvriendelijker.

Minimillä mennään

Henkilökuntaa aivan liian vähän. Allasosasto epäsiisti, näytti kuin ei olisi siivottu päiviin. Aamiainen perushyvä, mutta pöydät täynnä käytettyjä astioita ja ruoantähteitä tekivät ruokailusta epämiellyttävän. Iso sali ja työntekijöitä kaksi (siivosivat, kattoivat, panivat ruokia tarjolle ym.) Ota korvatulpat mukaan.

weekend uit.

Al diverse maal naar dit hotel gekomen. Altijd in het nieuwere gedeelte langs de kant van het station geslapen en dat was zeer goed. Voor de eerste keer sliepen we in het ouder hotelgedeelte. Last van nachtlawaai en zeker de zaterdag morgen het opstellen van de brocante markt. Wat ook geweldig tegenviel is de staat van de bedmatras. Die is volledig doorlegen (je ligt gebogen), en is dringend aan vervanging toe. Voor de rest was alles top. Volgende keer terug kamer aan de stationskant.

wenn eine/r eine Reise tut, da kann er was erleben. - Bahnreise

Das Hotel befindet sich an bevorzugter Lage, direkt am Bahnhof. Trotz des Verkehrs sind auch die strassenseitigen Zimmer sehr ruhig. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Hier befindet man sich in einem historischen Gebäude, in welchem die Ansprüche angemessen anzupassen sind.
